Abstract :
This paper brings forward a intrusion detection system DWIDS base on immune algorithm. Several different agents work coordinately and distributedly in each AP or host, and cooperate with each other to detect intrusions. For self-security the agents send keep-alive message to its neighborhood. The immune algorithm´s use in the sandbox could study the unknown intrusions, generate the rules which are used to detect intrusion. Nowadays, with the popularization of WLAN, the application of DWIDS undoubtedly improves the safety coefficient of entire network, increases the usage ratio of network, and decreases the fund invested in the safety troubles of enterprises and departments.
