Abstract :
As little attention has been paid to the information exchange structure of the large-scale C2 (command and control) organization, extant studies have not unveiled some rules of information exchange network. We argue the process of C2 organization information exchange network (OIEN) and propose two types of information exchange measure model. The results of experiments shows that the property Critical Link Task Density(CLTD) identified in the model is limited to critical information exchange links, also the CLTD of the critical links is more than others.
