Abstract
Before then, no evaluation scheme can be used to compare any two Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) models. In this paper, for comparing the performance of some IPA models, a novel evaluation index, called discrimination index, is proposed. Hereafter, using this index we can find the best one among some IPA models. Furthermore, we show that the IPA model with multi-survey web-based questionnaire is better than the traditional IPA model with single-survey web-based questionnaire by using this proposed index.
