Abstract

Aimed at the information divulgence in supply chain cost information sharing, a cost information divulgence model in a supply chain composed of a single supplier and two Cournot competing retailers was built. Based on the model, the generation mechanism of cost information divulgence under information asymmetry was studied. The result shows that the retailer with information superiority whose cost information will be divulged to the other retailer by supplier in order to obtain more profit. On the base of this, the influence of retailers´ cost condition on supplier´s information divulgence behavior was discussed.
