Abstract :
Based on the study of university counselors at home and abroad on the basis of quality evaluation system, combining the actual situation, to construct the general education based on the college instructors quality evaluation index system, application of ahp, the weight of each index established college instructors quality comprehensive evaluation model. And with KD, for example detailed analysis of the calculation process and result of evaluation to validate the model is scientific and operability.
