Abstract
As the business environment becomes complex, high-quality decision-making processes are critical for organizations. Business simulation games can support learning as well as research of decision-making processes from both human and technological aspects. This research-in-progress paper aims at developing advanced knowledge management (KM) systems and studying their usability and performance within a simulation-game environment.
