  • Abstract
In order for manufacturing companies to keep the level of global competitiveness, it is necessary that the technology develops a sophisticated frame of programming and control. A modern system of manufacture needs to exploit and to take advantage to 100% of the capacities of automation and adaptability to the change, knowing that the operations in a flexible system are systematic, automatic and complex. In this paper we proposed a hybrid approach to determine and validate the performance of FMS that allow to measure the percentage of adaptability on the time proposed of the process´s cycle to the past time, considering a roominess´s time adapted to absorb the interruptions and personnel absence in order to avoid reassignment of the resources. The main goal of this work is to help companies achieve the highest levels of innovation, quality and cost control. The Practicability of model is validated and simulated by Petri Nets and Digital Manufacturing using HPSIM (Petri Nets simulator) and DELMIA (Product Lifecycle Management Software).
