Abstract :
In order to overcome the shortcoming of the existing ranking approach which is based on centroid index. Firstly, the relative dominance and priority weight are defined in this paper. Then an approach for ranking fuzzy numbers is proposed, which is based on multi-index such as the defined relative dominance, priority weight and decision-makers´ preference. Finally, numercial examples are given to illustrate its feasibility and validity.
