Abstract :
A fuzzy control method with self-optimizing and self-adjustment for temperature control system of reactor is proposed. It is based on the conventional fuzzy algorithm and adjusts the quantization factor and scale factor through error and error change rate automatically. By setting the target performance indicators, the best adjustment for intermittent searching factor is obtained combined with the artificial production of a priori. At last output of the controller is better than other methods. Good anti-jamming capability, robustness, flexibility and fast tracking ability of the algorithm are verified.
