Abstract :
The technique of piped hydraulic transportation of tube-contained raw material is a new transporting technique. The risk of the tube-contained raw materials hydraulic transportation´s pipeline was analyzed quantitatively by using fuzzy hierarchical analysis process. Then a fuzzy judgment matrix was constructed and the consistency and coherence were testified. Finally, the total sequence of hierarchy was ranked on the basis of single hierarchy sequencing. The results showed that high-level risk was erosion, middle-level risk was incorrect manipulation and low-level risk was the destruction of the third party and the factor of design. These will provide reference for rational design, safe operation and maintenance of the technique of the tube-contained raw materials hydraulic transportation.
