Abstract :
The paper designs and realizes the association discovery system among scientific data and literature, and elaborates the key technologies used in the system. Finally, the paper verifies the feasibility of the system by taking the field of wheat breeding as an example. By using the scientific data description method based on the facet classification, the system describes the scientific data entities in a higher level of granularity; By using the technologies, such as building technologies of the first correlated entity set, judging and indentifying technologies of the correlated entity pairs, and analyzing technologies of the entity association network, the system reveals the semantic relations between entities and associations of main subjects from scientific data and literature in selected fields to a certain extent.
