Abstract :
In order to further solve the collocation and time control of the city´s multi-crossing traffic lights, to meet many bypath, this paper will flow passage efficiency trigeminal junction with intersection traffic light control into Graph Theory of complex problems, and the traffic flow of five bypath makes a concrete analysis. Among them, using graph coloring in the theory and Powell, and combined with the operational research knowledge of mathematical software MATLAB, LINGO make visual window (GUI) and to solve issues and make planning.
