            Abstract :
Plant location decision is a crucial problem in the optimization and design of supply chain. Traditional plant location decision models were mostly related to external conditions of the plant location or/and cost´s aspect. Nowadays competitions between single companies have changed to the competitions between supply chains. This paper presents a new multi-objective location decision model from the view of entire supply chain considering location quality, cost and flexibility of an entire supply chain. By applying the new model for a plant location decision shows that this model can help deciding the right plant location.
