Abstract :
This paper studies the port cluster based logistics collaborative platform (PCLCP) from management perspective. Its construction modes, designed functional structure and system structure are also discussed. This article is of certain theoretical and practical value for building the PCLCP. Several such platforms have been built and proved to be effective in different regions of China.
