Abstract :
The paper adopts the PMAC motion control card as the control core of the servo system to drive the AC servo motor to complete the interpolation path. It achieves the simultaneous detection and control of the two motors, and makes a detailed introduction of the PID algorithm and simulation, PID parameter settings and adjustments. It achieves the high accuracy and the good stability of the control system, therefore meets the requirements of CNC technology and precision.
