Study on the meticulous management mode in shaanxi local construction enterprises based on ERP

This paper analyzes the current situation of Shaanxi local construction enterprises and also the domestic and economic forms at home and abroad. It shows that these enterprises must transform from extensive management to meticulous management. They can only grow big and powerful by efficient management. And Shaanxi local construction enterprises must adopt ERP system to realize meticulous management. For successful implementation of ERP, they must undergo the following four phases: network infrastructure-building, professional management and administration of informatization, system integration & e-commerce system construction.
