  • Abstract
    In order to improve turbine blade casting wax ceramic core positioning accuracy and ensure thickness accuracy of wax pattern, the paper proposed and studied the ceramic core locator optimization. Based on rigid body kinematics, the optimization model of ceramic core positioning error transfer chain was established, and the model was solved by using greedy algorithm to achieve the optimal layout of ceramic core locators. Finally, the optimal layout was verified through the Monte-Carlo method. The results show that the optimal layout ceramic core locator layout can effectively reduce the ceramic core positioning error and improve the ceramic core positioning accuracy.
