Abstract
Using networking and embedded technology, electricity management system of ternary equipment and two-tier network, which is composed of host control computer, sale of electricity computer, locale control cabinet and power meter to form around campus network, RS-485 bus network, realized the intelligent administration of apartment with the security, economy.
