  • Abstract
    This paper proposed an application of intelligent optimization control system in laminar cooling process, which can provide proper operating points in the different conditions. Feedforward compensator provide the required adaptation around this point in the main cooling zone for the influence of boundary variations, on the other hand, feedback compensator provide corrections in the fine cooling zone due to the deviation of the temperature prediction model and unknown random interference, realizing closed-loop control. The simulation and industrial experiment showed the stability and effectiveness of the proposed system.
