Abstract :
In the field of plastic Compression processing and manufacturing technology, A new idea of volumetric liquid plastic molding manufacturing´s technology is proposed. The technology is using the transmission of liquid force which is advantage of the fine mechanical properties, and synthetic rubber has a good property against oil, pressure, flexible features, sheet metal parts can be processed with plastic deformation, to achieve the shape and size what we need. What described in this article is the most advanced aircraft manufacturing technology, some technology is not mature, not yet been fully applied to production. But it represents the current direction of development.
