Abstract :
To find the optimum track and visualize the movement of the mechanism, a method based on Excel to optimize and simulate the motion behavior of crank-rocker mechanism is put forward. The mathematical model is established firstly, and then optimization is performed with the linear program toolbox in MS-Excel software. Finally, the dynamic animation of crank rocker mechanism is realized with the optimum parameters obtained and the link control as well as functions tools, compared with professional simulating software and advanced program language, the way proposed in the paper is convenient and practical.
