Abstract :
Based on the characteristics of waste incineration based power plant and its demand for electric monitoring, an scheme of electric control system (ECS) was designed in this paper. Through the cooperation with electrical special equipment such as ASS, AVR etc. our system has realized automatic quasi-synchronization between generator and power network, and also provides a man - machine interface between the electric monitoring system and operation staff. Experimental results indicated that, our system can meet the demands of the operator start for real-time monitoring the status of startup and operation of the whole system and related equipments.
