Abstract :
In this paper, we introduced some concepts, technologies and applications of digital rights management first. According to the concepts, we got a kind of DRM solution for mobile digital journals publishing based on OMA DRM 2.0 and mobile devices´ characteristics. Especially, we focused on the security mechanism in the new digital rights management system, such as encrypting, decrypting and keys transmission technologies.
