Abstract :
With the decentralization and flexible technology development of manufacturing system, the paper constructs the status monitoring and diagnosis system of the distributed flexible manufacturing system, and designs the system model of hardware and software and the expert system architecture of fault diagnosis, the hardware system includes the management layer and the monitoring layer and the information acquisition layer and the equipment layer and other components, the function of monitoring software involves the system monitoring module and the fault diagnosis module and status monitoring module and Web service module and database management module. The paper introduces the system framework of the status monitoring and fault diagnosis based on J2EE platform, these will provide important guidance value for the status monitoring and fault diagnosis of the flexible manufacturing system study.
