  • Abstract
    According to the character of carving machine motion control the motion controller with 3-axis Simultaneous-motioned is achieved. MCX314 is selected as motor driving chip of numerical control device, and ARM7 as central processing unit of controller. The working principle of hardware circuit with CPU of AT91FR40162 and its constitute are introduced. The motion control process based on special-purpose chip is analyzed. The structure of controller software is provided. The methods of typical motion control programming are presented.
