            Abstract : 
This paper introduces computer aided design of lead compensation of control system via MATLAB. A number of MATLAB functions are developed that automate the compensator design procedure. With this design tool, control engineers would be able to rapidly design lead and/or lag compensators. As shown by the example, the method can improve the efficiency and reduce the cost of the compensation.
