Abstract :
A new design mentality of the connection seat of A-frame of dump truck was purposed. The force condition of the connection plate was analyzed, and the place of hinged point was optimized in order to places the seat in the best position. Using the topology and parameter optimization method designed the connection seat, which avoided the blindness of traditional design method and achieved a great effect.
