Abstract :
The purpose to test the feasibility of “One Road One Line with Straight Driving“ Bus system based on the bus system in Yingtan, Jiangxi Province in the actual road network, is to simulate the distribution of the traffic flows in real conditions by TransCAD, traffic-simulation software. By comparing the characteristics of passenger distribution in the traditional traffic network and those in the “One Road One Line With Straight Driving” Bus system, and analyzing the pros and cons of straight driving buses together with the function of relieving traffic stress systematically, people could distribute the city´s forward passengers in a better network in order to provide more reliable theoretic bases.
