Abstract :
CDQ device is the most complicated of a process plant in the metallurgical industry. The temperature of cycle gas of CDQ export is an important parameter of the whole process. Outlet temperature has a nonlinear, large time delay, time-varying and so on. This design introduces ARM-based fuzzy PID temperature control system; it has high accuracy, good stability, and wide application. Experiments show that the system has better control effect in the process control.
