  • Abstract
    The traditional way to make tire anti-slip is to increase the friction of the tire surface. However, it is an attempt to design a new tire pattern using the pattern anti-skid characteristics and bionics basic principle. On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the traditional pattern design and basic requirement of the optimized layout of sucker tires tread imitating octopus, at first, five programs and several formulas were designed and to establish the research methods with X-axis of distance and Y-axis of the effective size. At last, the laws of the five scenario sucker effective size is stimulated with the MATLAB and the change shows that the layout design of imitating octopus sucker is more scientific and reasonable than the former ones.
