Abstract :
Through the analysis of kinematics model on Dead Weight Force Standard Machine (DWM), the mechanics model and the transfer function of system exchange weight (load a weight and unload another weight) are set up, and it is affirmed that the accuracy of weights and the performance of the control system are the main influencing factors of the accuracy of norm force machine(NFM). New solutions are posed through the study of the functions of fuzzy control about the force value control, and the results indicate that the theory analyses of the mechanics principle about the exchange weight and control method of the force standard machine are correct and effectual.
