Abstract :
According to the multi-threshold values of CT brain images, applying watershed segmentation algorithm by comprehensive methods which take full advantage of de-noising, gradient reconstruction, watershed segmentation, binary result and so on. Getting the binary skull image that is good at de-noising, detail accepting and over segmentation controlling. Meanwhile the program designed in MATLAB can process batches of CT brain images effectively, moreover, it can gain prophase data that is useful in anaphase image processing.
