Abstract :
From the perspective of factors that affect the ability of regional innovation, evaluation index system of regional innovation capacity was built. While the gray correlation analysis was used to systematically analyze the innovation ability of five northwestern provinces from 2007 to 2009, and the reasons for the result is analyzed, then a series of useful measures are given to improve its innovation capability.
