Abstract :
In the development of stress, domestic and overseas scholars have put forth several major theoretical models: Stimulating Theoretical Model, Response Theoretical Model, CPT Theoretical Model and System Theoretical Model. Each model has its own unique, but also has its weaknesses, which make the application value of stress theory far below it should be. On the basis of existing stress theoretical model, this paper proposes pressure cylinder stress theoretical model. It takes the individual in the stress environment as the center, and has considered the complexity of the individual psychological behavior and environmental factor. Pressure cylinder stress theoretical model takes individual physiological variables as indicators of stress response, then establish the mathematical model, which can more accurately reflect the stress intensity and individual stress.
