Abstract :
Taking FAW Car for example, the connotation of labor productivity and its evaluation methods in automobile manufacturing enterprises are studied in this paper. Dualistic contrast compositor is used to identify the main influencing factors of labor productivity and IE is used to study the improving countermeasures. This research is of great significance for enterprises to improve their operation efficiency and keep sustainable development.
