Abstract :
This paper first introduces the situation of Beijing east operation center (EOC). With the EOC lease agreement becoming due, relocation feasibility analysis should be made. Candidate relocation site is proposed and compared with current EOC location. Through engineering analysis, current EOC location is proved to be more cost effective. Then the facility size of current EOC is evaluated considering the increasing volume year by year. It comes to conclusion that renewal of current EOC location is more financial saving and can meet the increasing market requirement.
