EG model of Haitai: A new method of promoting the development of national e-government

Based on the actual situations of e-government in China, this paper focused on the bottlenecks in the process of e-government construction and improvement. To explore a low-cost and high-yield e-government model, Haitai digital EG Model was initially proposed in this paper on the basis of “digital campus” e-government, which was suitable for China´s situations. This paper contributed at implementing e-government in China and providing reference to e-government´s construction and development in the new period.
