Abstract :
The engineering consulting business is a knowledge enterprise. And the knowledge management is the core of its management. The knowledge management of the inner part of the enterprise includes the management of the human capital and the organization capital. It involves the person (the knowledge employee), the information technology and the organization structure. The purpose of the knowledge management is to enhance the core competition through knowledge sharing. Based on the organization structure and the information technology, several kinds of knowledge sharing models existed in the engineering consulting businesses are analyzed. It shows that the Creative-Flat knowledge sharing model is the best choice for the engineering consulting business´s own characteristics.
