Abstract :
On the basis of in conclusion the existing research on the formation and evolution mechanism of innovation cluster, summarizes the content of tacit knowledge and tacit knowledge spillovers, and for the study of organization, divided tacit knowledge spillover for three levels which are within the organization, between organizations and cluster level; in accordance with the current more mainstream life-cycle theory for formation and evolution of innovation cluster, divided the course into three stages which are its formation, development and maturity, and through the establishment of two-dimensional model diagram, give a creative research on mechanism of how the tacit knowledge spillover affects the formation and evolution of innovation clusters.
