Abstract :
Based on the relevant studies from both home and abroad, this paper takes the operational efficiency of logistics enterprises as the core concern of the research model. All the research samples are drawn from China´s listed logistics enterprises. After analyzed relevant data in different perspectives, this paper finally chooses the approach of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to build the model. Based on the results of this model, problems in a given logistics enterprise can be easily identified. In particular, through quantitative study, an enterprise could get a clear and accurate picture of the gap between itself and other ones in the same field, and thus facilitate further improvement of operation efficiency.
