Abstract
Faced with the fierce competition of high-speed rail and intercity rail, the highway passenger transport enterprises how to achieve optimal overall performance? How to evaluate their own performance reasonably and effectively, which can allow companies have better economic efficiency? For these problems, this paper established the evaluation model of DEA-AHP. In this model, it firstly analyzed the qualitative indicators by AHP, which quantified the qualitative indicator service quality of the highway passenger transport enterprises, and made the result as an output item of DEA model. Then, it combined with the other quantitative indicators to make the performance evaluation. Finally, through the empirical analysis, it validated the method is scientific and feasible.
