  • Abstract
    In order to simplify operation sequence and shorten preparation time of current technical preparation for complicated military equipment, optimal preparation process was studied based on P.E.R.T theory and Optimized Process Model. The results show that equipment maintenance efficiency and technical preparation capability of maintenance unit can be improved according to the optimal preparation process.
