Abstract
The paper aims to evaluate the efficiencies of the main electric power enterprises. First the paper discusses the difference between CCR model and BCC model. Second, The paper uses both CCR model and BCC model to do company evaluation, including the global technical efficiency and the local pure technical efficiency, so that to also evaluate the company´s scale efficiency, which can give a much clear insight on the source problem of the company´s low efficiency, and it can give the enterprises some suggestions. Finally, The paper also uses the bilateral model to do group analysis to have a general review of the district efficiency, which can give the China government some suggestions.
