Abstract

Thesis using the OEE analysis, system studies, examples and other research methods. Based on the FAW Group Co., Ltd. of equipment management, computing OEE workshop production lines and equipment based on the interior of the FAW truck shop equipment exists to make a detailed analysis of management; for their problems, put forward a company needs for standardization, efficiency of management methods. Overall Equipment Efficiency improvements in enhancing the FAW Group Co., Ltd. Device Management level, will bring economic benefits to the company and corporate culture and other aspects of the harvest.
