Abstract :
This thesis focuses on the certain condition of the commercial vehicle assembly line, applies the balancing heuristic search algorithm consistent with the structural characteristics of the assembly line. On this basis, the assembly line can be balanced. And by using the Hungarian method, the appropriate personnel assignment can be done for the bottleneck workstations. By doing this,every workstation in the assembly line can be balanced,and the whole production efficiency can be improved obviously.
