Abstract :
Based on the principle of Ergonomics, the flow process and rhythm on assembly line in any company are measured and analyzed carefully by MOD method and problems of the work distribution, operation ways, working hour in the assembly are point out. According to the action economy principle, the paper presents an improvement to the above-mentioned, which play an important part in reducing the job time and enhancing the whole assembly line balance. Through the contrast and analysis between old and new projects, it proves that the improvement in effect is very obvious.
