Abstract :
In order to analyze the effect of different behaviors of quality control department and construction contractor on the construction project quality management model, an evolutionary game model of construction project quality management was established. In this model, the effect and position of social responsibility and fines were carefully discussed and the dynamic evolutionary procedure and stable equilibrium of construction project quality control was analyzed. The result shows that the systemic evolutionary direction is not only related to the penalties of shoddy work or cost of inspection on construction contractor as we think before, but also has much more important and profound connection with social responsibility the quality control department and construction contractor have.
