Abstract :
The classroom teaching is the main battlefield that carries out education for all-round development. The reform for the classroom teaching method is the key link that raises higher education quality. This paper considered Quality Management and Reliability as an example and introduced some experience and methods of developing a student´s study ability, practical ability and creative ability.
