Abstract :
Facing the phenomena of high downtime and high outage rate, unstable OEE level of the equipment and unable to achieve the best level on Packing Line Y of Company A we use six sigma analysis tools for finding the various downtime reasons on Packing Line Y and then find out the key influence factors to OEE level, and present some improvement.
