  • Abstract
    System equipment level products are consists of many components, including many failure mechanisms and degradation patterns. It is hard to carry out experiments on them. Previous research are based on the competition failure between sudden failure and degradation failure, in order to do further research, this paper proposed the degradation competition failure problem. First, do some theory research of the multi-degradation channels independent and related, then make quantitative analysis on reliability and reliability life based on competition failure of multi- degradation patterns. For accelerated degradation, put forward some solutions and ideas. Using the accelerate model to estimate the variance-covariance and some parameters, then analysis the reliability of the hole equipment. At last, using some examples to prove the effectiveness of the model.
